Fancy a run?

08 September 2023

If like me you dread the thought of pounding the pavements, sweating and panting for breath. Or is it just me? Anyway, I recently decided that my new goal was to try running. When you see people on TV and music videos running, they look so fit. And I want to look like that. I know I am totally deluded, but I live hope. Getting back to the point, after deciding to try running I knew that I would need to buy a sports bra. After trying quite a few, my favourite was a Shock Absorber Maximum Support Level 4 Sports Bra. This bra is really great. I mean really great, my boobs did not move! Everything else did. But my boobs did not move. The run itself, well let’s just say the best thing about it was my new found love for shock absorber, that is why I wanted to let others know about this brand. So here goes. The Shock Absorber Sports Institute invested heavily into extensive research into breast movement during exercise. Based on their findings and continued research a new sports bra brand was developed and in 1995, the sports bra brand shock absorber was born. The research found that by wearing a shock absorber sports bra during exercise breast movement was reduced which reduced long term sagging, painful movement and tissue damage. Shock Absorber is so amazing because unlike other brands it caters for cup size, back size and activity levels. The highest rating is impact level 4 (the one I have) which means it is suitable for running, football, tennis etc. Level 3 is a medium level and suitable for cycling and aerobics, level 2 is for lower impact exercise like walking, yoga etc. Shock absorber bras are engineered with cutting edge technology and scientific findings to create hard wearing performance fabrics, comfort while you exercise and a bra that fits perfectly no matter what sport you do and I would recommend them to everyone who exercises.
