Delivery & Returns
We dispatch items within 24-48 hours (except weekends) of order placed and payment recieved, then usual postal service timescales apply. If items are purchased and payment received before 8am Monday to Friday we will make every effort to post your order on that day. Please note that we do not post on weekends.
Orders will be sent in plain packaging. Please note that for delivery purposes our returns address will be shown in one corner of the address label.

Delivery - We use Royal Mail for Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible (but in any event within 30 days of the order) subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We will arrange delivery of the goods ordered by you to the address you provide, for delivery at the time you make your order.

For UK deliveries
If you are not in at the time of delivery of your package, or the package is too large to fit through the letterbox. Don't worry! The postman will leave a card asking you to collect your package from your local post depot (You will need to take proof of identification and the card to collect your item). If you are unsure contact the courier direct as you may be able to arrange a re-delivery. Parcels are sometims left with a neighbour if you were out when delivery was attempted.
For Worldwide deliveries
All deliveries will be made according to the courier's standard procedures.
